Just Pumps

I bought two Rail19 soap bottles styles. I think Rail19 offers some of the best looking and different shapes and styles of soap dispensers. Only complaint I have is the soap “PUMP DISPENSERS”.. After about 6 months, both pump dispenser types (and they are different looking) became slightly harder to push down the plungers and often times “shoot the liquid soap outward” onto the sink top or clothes. This happens even after washing and soaking the pumps in warm soapy water. Whereas we have other brand (reasonably expensive) soap dispensers that do not do this and have worked properly thus far for over 8 years. So when I see the Rail19 website selling your replacement pump dispensers, it makes me wonder how many other people are also having the same problem so would prefer to buy different brands of replacement pump dispensers.

Beautiful and sleek, fits bottle perfectly. I had to cut the plastic straw thingy (whatever it's called) to fit height of my bottle, but it works and looks great. Shipping was extremely fast, seems almost overnight. Will give these to others as gifts as well. Want to try the other designs but there are just not enough pump bottles in my house

I have been buying RAIL19 soap dispensers for years and love the quality. I love that I can change the pump colors and styles and they last a long time

I initially bought this from Amazon in January 2018 and loved the style. A short time later, the pump got stuck and no longer worked. Rail 19 was quick to send me 2 replacement pumps, which was much appreciated. This past Christmas, I stored the whole dispenser / pump assembly for about a month because I put out one with a Christmas theme. Then when I put the Rail 19 dispenser / pump back out after Christmas, the pump no longer worked. I am now down to my last extra one they gave me, but don't know how long that will last. :-( I don't know if this is just an issue with the stainless ones or not.

I purchased 3 stainless modern for dispensers that I bought from rail19 several years ago (had chrome modern many years ago) and they work perfectly, no problems. Instead of replacing the entire soap dispenser, I only have to replace the pumps once every couple of years, which saves a lot of waste and money.

I have purchased many soap dispensers and Rail19 soap pumps outlast all the others. They ARE actual metal and not plastic to look like metal like you see elsewhere.

These pumps are quality pumps and while they do not last "forever", they do last longer than other pumps I've had. RAIL19 has the largest selection of soap pumps, I can just switch out my pump style when I change the look of my bath or kitchen and can be confident they will have a style or color I like. Highly recommend.
